Meal Plan Monday (02/20-02/26)

MONDAY:  Spaghetti

TUESDAY:  Beef Tacos

WEDNESDAY:   Slow Cooker Baked Potato Soup

THURSDAY:  Breakfast for Dinner

FRIDAY:  Pizza

SATURDAY:  Out To Eat

SUNDAY:  Taco Salad

Nothing fancy this week.  Tried and true dinners from our regular rotation.  We have a busy, busy week ahead so I need a menu that’s fast and easy to get on the table.  I’m also using the Kroger Click List for the first time for my grocery shopping.  If all goes well, this could definitely be a game changer.

SMOOTHIE OF THE WEEK:  Mama’s Green Machine

1/2 c. frozen pineapple

1/2 c. frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. avocado*

2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

squeeze of lime

water

*can be substituted with 1 tsp. coconut oil

Place frozen fruit into blender.  Fill with enough water to just barely reach the top of the fruit. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
